Willingness to follow-up, in a timely and complete way

Buying a home with Marcela worked out terrifically! She asked what my specific wants and needs were in a home, and was then willing to take the time necessary to allow me to meet those needs. I also appreciated her attention to important details and her willingness to follow-up, in a timely and complete way, on all those myriad tasks that arise from first walk-through to closing.
