Marcela is one of the most talented and hardest-working realtors that we know. She represented us in both the sale of our Evergreen home and the purchase of our home in Lafayette. We got to know her well throughout both transactions. Marcela went beyond what many realtors do in the marketing of our Evergreen home. She hired a stager, and together they went through our house, making suggestions on what we could do to improve its marketability … After we made all the improvements, the house looked like a show home! We were impressed that she hired TWO photographers to take pictures of our home; one of them specifically to take a bird’s eye photo with a special crane. The pictures and brochures were beautiful, bringing out the best of our home. Coming from a technical background, she understood how to maximize the house’s online presence. After the house went under contract, the transaction proceeded smoothly and quickly. One of her key strengths is project management. We didn’t have to worry about a thing; she took care of all the details. After the sale, we had to find a place to stay while we looked for a new home. Marcela, through her many connections, found a rental for us in the general area where we wanted to buy. It was nice to have that as a home base while we looked. Marcela showed us dozens of homes. It took us a while to figure out what we wanted and to become familiar with the various areas. She was very patient, and always enthusiastic. When we found our house, we knew we had to act quickly. Marcela was able to submit our offer within hours of the house coming on the market. The rest, as they say, is history. We are grateful to Marcela for everything she has done to help us through this journey. We are enjoying our new home!
