Just the idea of finding a house in a neighborhood that we did not know was so overwhelming, but with Marcela the whole process was smooth and we felt very supported professionally and even emotionally. She was incredibly patient waiting for us to find our dream house, always following our ideas and timing. Her positive and professional attitude gave us the needed calm and vision in this complicated searching. We had some family issues in the process, which forced us to leave her alone in the middle of the negotiation and of course she did it amazingly, she really knows what she is doing.
