Last week has been a week of enjoyment and celebration – clearly, you have been the catalyst and the reason for making my “House Purchase” an immense success. As you are aware, I had been looking for a property, within a certain area of Boulder for some considerable time. I accept that I had been looking for a unique house – with an immediate appeal regarding floor plan, open space and I also wanted a degree of privacy with surrounding land. Within a very short period of time, you found me the perfect property – I am elated and assured that you acted in my best interests during the transaction. I could never have imagined how the complete process could have been handled with such expertise, clarity of communication, integrity, for myself and for all parties involved. I sincerely thank you for the extra ordinary effort that was very evident from the moment I met you when I viewed the property and until you handed my the keys for the house on Thursday. From viewing, closing and purchasing the property it took you a total of twenty eight days, quite incredible and another reason for expressing my gratitude and sincere appreciation.
