Commitment, communication and follow-through

Marcela did an outstanding job of selling our home. She knew just the questions to ask us to best market our home. Her desire to really know us as well as our home and all we loved about it allowed potential buyers to be able to picture themselves enjoying it as much as we did. She had a keen eye on where we should invest in the home to optimize its appeal. And the results prove it: we had nearly 40 showings and an offer in hand in just about 30 days. It was a great relief to know that Marcela was handling all of the details and schedule; I didn’t have to worry about missing any deadlines. She had great commitment, communication and follow-through which was very comforting as we were closing the sale from a different state—but that was not an issue at all. We also appreciated her willingness to prepare market analyses for us on occasion throughout the years, even though we weren’t ready to sell at that time.
