Amazing in selling

Marcela was amazing in selling our house. She asked what we loved about the house and the neighborhood so she could portray the “lifestyle” (as she put it) in the listing, not just the house. She got to know every feature of our house, asking us questions about things we forgot we had. Her stager and photographer made the place look fabulous for online photos—I had no idea how much of a difference that would make. We told her we wanted to sell quickly, and she used her intimate knowledge of Denver neighborhoods and the current housing market to recommend a price that would accomplish that. Once the listing went up, we didn’t even make it to the next weekend before we had two full-price offers! We closed within weeks and couldn’t be happier.
