A smooth process and wonderful experience

We met Marcela when we were transitioning to Colorado from Dallas seven years ago. We honestly met her accidentally, as she was the agent for a house we had found online. While we did not end up buying the house she first showed us, we knew we had found the realtor with whom we wanted to work.

She helped us find our dream home in Colorado, tirelessly working to help our search. She took our calls and emails at all times of the day and night, and she very quickly learned the styles we liked and disliked. She helped make the purchase of that home a smooth process and wonderful experience.

More recently, as work has brought us back to Texas, we knew we wanted Marcela to be our agent again. She brought in a talented staging artist, created a strong starting price point, and kept us updated on a daily basis with everything happening with our house. The best thing about Marcela is that she truly cares about people and understands all of the stressors that go into buying and selling a home, and she will do anything she can to help calm all of that. She understood how much we loved our home and wanted someone new to love it as well. She made sure that happened. She even helped us find an agent in San Antonio and continued to help us with all the questions we had for our new home.

She is more than an agent to us, she is a dear friend. Sometimes you just meet people that have a beautiful humanity and truly work from an empathetic place. Marcela is one of those people. She is hard-working, kind, smart and professional, and she’s also tough when she needs to go to bat for her clients, her friends. We are grateful for her everyday.
