As a testimonial, I would certainly recommend the services of Marcela as an estate agent / realtor for a purchase of a home. Marcela worked with me for over 3 years due to my overseas posting, it was not always possible to view all the homes, or even give specific timelines for the move. This was not a deterrent for Marcela, in some ways it almost seemed more motivating. Marcela handled all the twists and turns from the kids starting school, to my wife’s immigration issues and my frequent travel overseas with absolute professionalism. Never rushing or becoming impatient with our inability to purchase on a particular schedule. Marcela stayed with the program and was always there to support the home buying goal. In the end, we did purchase the perfect house which Marcela arranged a viewing on a Sunday with less than 1 days’ notice and even before the home was officially on the MLS. She helped with the negotiation, contract, inspection and banks while I was overseas, and we were able to close shortly after my return.
